Roger Favin first exhibited at the Salon de la Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts in 1928, where he presented 3 busts. He participated regularly, becoming an associate member of the Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts in 1932 and a full member in 1933.
This sculptor produced numerous sculptures, often in wood, but also cast in bronze or terracotta. Depictions of African figures were his primary focus.
